Bill has a B.S. and M.S. in General Engineering and an M.B.A. from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. While in graduate school, Bill was a Teaching Assistant in the Department of General Engineering and was frequently honored as one of the top TA’s as voted upon by the students. His strong interest and passion for the financial markets led him to first obtain an Options Trading Assistant position on the Chicago trading floors and then to a position as a Securities Trader for almost 4 years. Discipline, focus, and the ability to make quick decisions are three of the most important characteristics of a trader. The dynamic trading environment in which he participated in on a daily basis required bright and quick-thinking individuals, who have the ability to perform several tasks simultaneously. All of these skills are necessary in the Real Estate world and he intends on utilizing them in assisting you.

In addition to being a Licensed State of Illinois Realtor, Bill is also a Licensed State of Illinois Mortgage Loan Originator. With this skill set, Bill is able to combine his extensive real estate and mortgage experience to offer his clients a smooth, efficient and beneficial mortgage experience.

Bill’s engineering training has granted him with strong analytical and technical skills, whereas his business training has granted him with strong communication and decision-making skills. In addition, his teaching experiences have required him to be innovative, creative, and motivational. This background in engineering and business, his various overseas study and work experiences, his language skills (fluent in Greek), and his multi-year experience in both the Real Estate and Mortgage business are all essential tools that can be effectively utilized for your Real Estate transaction.
